  • APF Model (Blackout): Perfect for bedrooms. The honeycomb fabric has a silver inner layer. It guarantees almost 100% blackout and better insulation.
  • APS Model (Decorative): Excellent for living rooms and offices. The pleated fabric diffuses light gently. It creates a soft, cozy atmosphere.

Both models come in two color groups. They differ only in price and pattern. The quality is always at FAKRO’s highest standard.

What is the difference between APF and APS construction?

The mechanism is the same. The difference is the fabric. APF has a double honeycomb fabric with an aluminum layer (blackout, insulation). APS has a single layer of pleated fabric (light diffusion).

How do I operate the pleated blind?

You use handles on the top and bottom rails. Simply slide them to position the blind. For high windows, use the ZST rod.

Is installation difficult?

No, it is intuitive. FAKRO windows have prepared mounting points. You can do it yourself using the included manual.
