Our warranty covers defects in material, manufacturing, and design. The defects must appear during normal use. You must follow the installation and operation instructions.

How to file a claim
- Prepare your data – Find your order number or invoice number. Write a short description of the problem. Take 2–3 photos of the defect.
- Send an email – Send it to support@arttelshop.eu. Use the subject line: “Claim – FAKRO – [order number]”.
- We will send you further instructions. You will usually receive them within 1–2 business days.
